My elderly mother needed a trust because, the trust she had made a few years back was not valid, the company that made it, did not complete it, and it was not of any use. I was referred to Mr. Pickford by a friend, and I could not have been more pleased. Mr. Pickford was very compassionate, understanding and I felt heard. When he spoke with my mother, he spoke very kindly, and with a gentleness an elderly person needs to feel at ease. He and his staff were very professional and accommodating. I would refer Mr. Pickford to anyone who needs his expertise.

Mr. Pickford and his staff were very welcoming and helpful. They also were very accommodating as we had to reschedule a few times due to unforeseen family conflicts. Mr Pickford is very knowledgeable and personable, and he thoroughly explained the entire process of executing our family Trust. From start to finish, the estate planning experience went very smoothly and Mr. Pickford put any anxiety and concerns we had about such an endeavor to rest. The whole process of getting our family will and trust was so incredibly easy. Mr. Pickford explained everything so clearly and told my husband and I everything we needed to do and then we all got to work on everything that needed to be done. Hazel was amazing during the whole process of completing our will and trust. She kept us informed and reminded us of what needed to be done to get to completion.
